- Is there a cloakroom? How much does it cost to leave my coat or bag there?
Grounds: Definitely, we have a paid cloakroom where you can leave your coat and bag for 1 euro. Super convenient, right?
Lab Grounds: At Lab Grounds, we have an unattended cloakroom. - Can I pay by card or do I need to pay cash at the ticket desk or the bar?
You can pay either by card or cash at our locations. Always handy if you donāt have cash on you! - I lost something during the concert, can you help me find it?
If you have lost something, please contact us atĀ info@grounds.nu. - What happens if Iām late for the concert?
Running late? No problem, our doors remain open until 1 hour after the start of the concert. - Can I film or take photos at the concert?
Use of professional cameras requires permission. Please emailĀ stijn@grounds.nuĀ for approval. - What time do the doors open for a concert?
Our opening hours vary greatly depending on the location and event. Please check our websiteĀ www.grounds.nuĀ for specific opening times. - Can my minor child attend the concert?
We love it when younger visitors come to our concerts! However, please check the age restrictions for each event, as most of our shows have a minimum age of 16 years and older. Visitors under 16 can attend if accompanied by an adult. - Is there a smoking area at the venue?
Please respect the Dutch smoking rules. Smoking is prohibited in clubs, cafes, and restaurants. The same rule applies at our venues. - Are pets allowed at any of our locations?Ā
Unfortunately, pets must stay at home for the evening. Service dogs are, of course, always welcome.
TICKETS
- I canāt find my ticket, what should I do?
Your tickets are always emailed to you after purchase by our ticket partner Stager, so be sure to check your spam folder just in case. You can also download your tickets again by logging into your account here and clicking on “My Tickets.” Additionally, you can have the tickets emailed to you again using this link. If you’re still having trouble, please contact us atĀ stijn@grounds.nu. - Can I buy tickets at the door, or do I have to buy them in advance?
If the concert has not sold out in advance, you can surely still buy a ticket at the door. At the ticket desk, you can pay by card or cash. - I bought a ticket but canāt attend. What can I do?
Sorry to hear you canāt make it. Unfortunately, we do not offer ticket returns. However, you could make someone else happy by giving it to them or selling it. Our ticketing system, Stager, is linked to Ticketswap, so we recommend selling your ticket via this platform if you can’t attend or bought an extra ticket. - The concert is sold out, is there any chance I can get a ticket elsewhere?
Once itās sold out, itās really sold out. No tickets are sold at the door. If youāre still hoping to get a ticket, we recommend trying Ticketswap. - Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per person?
Usually, you can buy a maximum of ten tickets per account. Want to come with a larger group? Please contact us atĀ stijn@grounds.nu.
ACCESSIBILITY
- I have limited mobility, are there seats available? Can I reserve one in advance?
If you have limited mobility and would like a seat or a quieter spot in the venue, please emailĀ productie@grounds.nuĀ and we will gladly assist you in ensuring the best possible concert experience. - Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Grounds: Yes, Grounds is fully wheelchair accessible!
Lab Grounds: Unfortunately, Lab Grounds is not wheelchair accessible at the moment.
TRANSPORT
- Where can I park if I come by car? How much does it cost?
We have several parking spaces nearby, but please be aware it can sometimes get busy. Normal street (parking) rates apply until 11 PM. There are also several parking garages in the area; check online for availability and rates. - What are the public transport options to get to the venue?
